After establishing ourselves in the USA, the time has now come for us to enter the European market and we will be opening a new office in Munich.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced freelance partner to independently support our European event activities on a project basis. This assignment includes hands-on event setup, technical support for test bikes, and logistical coordination of event materials. The contractor will operate autonomously while ensuring high-quality execution of agreed-on deliverables.

The ideal candidate is an independent and open-minded individual with a hands-on approach to support us in the operative execution of our events. What You’ll Do (Service Scope)

  •  On-site Event Support (project-based)
    • Independently set up and dismantle event booths and displays.
    • Provide knowledgeable, customer-facing guidance on our products.
    • Prepare and configure test bikes for visitor use.
  • Off-site Support (as agreed per project)
    • Organize and prepare event materials for transport.
    • Transport materials using provided or contractor’s vehicle (Class B license required).
    • Maintain and clean test bikes and event equipment in connection with the assignment.

What You Bring

  • Experience in event operations and hands-on technical work.
  • Strong affinity for cycling and knowledge of bike mechanics.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage tasks autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills in German; English is an asset.
  • Availability for project-based assignments, including occasional weekends by mutual agreement.
  • Status as a self-employed contractor in Germany (Gewerbe or equivalent).
